Don Bassett
Don, our CEO, got his start in the roofing industry back in 1980 as an estimator and installer. In 1986, he founded D. Bassett Roofing & Repair, laying the foundation for what would become a trusted name in North Texas roofing and renovation. Today, Don oversees all field operations and remains the go-to expert for every project we take on.

Tracy has been managing the heartbeat of our office since 1999. She oversees accounting, payroll, HR, and even designs and maintains our website. From office operations to customer relations, Tracy is the go-to contact who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
